The Role

As an Implementation Manager at ementexx - a LucaNet Company, you are responsible for the successful implementation of our Banking solution, ennoxx.banking, for assigned customers in the DACH region. You play a crucial role in onboarding new customers and coordinating requirements between customers and the ementexx development team to ensure our solutions meet customer needs and can be implemented smoothly.

What you'll do

 

  • Onboard new customers to our Banking solutions including remote or on-site training.
  • As the main point of contact for your customers, ensure their requirements are understood and implemented.
  • Identify and assess potential risks in the implementation process and develop strategies to minimize risks.
  • Provide regular project progress reports to keep internal and external stakeholders informed.
  • Create knowledge articles and documentation for customers to ensure effective use of our solutions.
  • Monitor implementation quality and ensure the solution meets expected standards and customer requirements.
  • You can work remotely in Germany, preferably in a hybrid manner at our Frankfurt am Main location.
What you bring to the table

 

  • Demonstrated success in B2B implementation projects of software solutions, preferably in the Banking or Financial Services sector (ideally in the cloud environment).
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with Windows (Server), SQL Server, and more.
  • Proven experience in project management, including project planning, budget control, and resource management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to understand and meet customer requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both German and English.
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region if necessary.
