Job details
We are looking for a motivated and detailed seeking Software QA Tester who is willing to ensure the quality and reliability of a Risk Assessment software based on Web/Desktop platforms. As a QA Tester, you will work in ambitious and agile development team and execute comprehensive testing procedures , identify defects, and uphold our standards of quality assurance excellence. You will play a key role in optimizing testing processes, increasing test coverage, and accelerating the software testing towards test automation.
- Prepare Test Plans
- Perform manual testing and ticket validation on Web and Desktop platforms
- Give a Sign Off and share the test results
- Create new and update existing test cases according to software design
- Find, reproduce and accurately report issues in detailed bug reports
- Ensure adherence to software quality standards and user requirements
- Pro-active participation in creation of the requirements and acceptance criteria for the product features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet user requirements
- You have at least 1 year’s worth of experience with Quality Assurance processes
- Proficient in executing test cases, performing various types of testing
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira and XRay)
- Understanding of Development Processes (Agile, Scrum, KanBan)
- You have Analytical and Critical Thinking
- Proficiency with Confluence for documentation and collaboration purposes
- Good communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- English language (B2+)
Nice to have
- Experience of Test Automation
- ISTQB certificate
- Experience in risk assessment
- A minimum gross salary of 40.000 € per year (for full-time, overpayment possible)
- Flexible working time and the possibility to work from home
- Permanent full-time contract (38,5 h / week)
