As an Integration Account Manager for SpendBridge, you are responsible for assisting with client requests for vendor onboarding thru SpendBridge platform. From initiating integration discussions with vendors, integration configuration, creating and executing testing scenarios to support post go-live, you will be managing the timeline and communicating expectations to client and vendors. Core priority is establishing connection between SpendBridge purchasing platform and vendor purchasing process, which could include punchout or hosted catalog options. You will also be assisting other team members with other areas of onboarding new clients into the SpendBridge platform.

To be successful in this role you will be responsible for:

  • Key contact for vendor communication
  • Consistent communication to clients and vendors
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Build strong relationships with clients and vendors
  • Collaborate with clients and vendors to provide best purchasing options available
  • Collaborate with clients and vendors to identify testing scenarios based on experience
  • Work with Project Manager to identify any potential development needs to support vendor integration
  • Consistently execute repeatable processes that deliver consistent results
  • Ability to work with multiple teams, inside and outside organization

Requirements

  • Previous experience with cXML requirements and process, including punch-out, 1+ year preferred
  • Project management experience, 2+ years preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Teams
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work remote
