To further scale our growing business, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager.


The role

Working remotely as the Senior Account Manager at Oviva, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with commissioners, ensuring the successful delivery of contracted services, and contributing to the growth and success of the organisation. This position involves a blend of strategic planning, relationship management, and operational oversight.

Key skills

  • Lead Point of Contact: You will be the primary point of contact for commissioners of live contracts, establishing and nurturing relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: You will proactively engage with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for collaboration and address any issues promptly.
  • Performance Monitoring: You will monitor the performance of individual contract targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful achievement of agreed-upon goals.
  • Data Accuracy and Quality: You will ensure that data and information shared with commissioners are accurate, up-to-date, and of high quality.
  • Contract Renewals: You will take the lead in managing contract renewals for agreements aligning with Oviva's strategy and annual goals. Collaborating with internal teams to assess contract performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and negotiate renewal terms.
  • Cross-Selling Support: You will work closely with the partnerships team to support the cross-selling of Oviva services to existing commissioners. You will provide insights and assistance in identifying opportunities to expand the scope of services offered to current clients.


What are we looking for you to bring

  • Proven experience in account management or a similar commercially-focused role within the healthcare sector.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare contract management, KPIs, and performance metrics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyse data, draw meaningful insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Ability to travel to client meetings and into our London office for team meetings
