SUMMARY
We are looking for a Sr. Sales Trainer, Revenue Enablement to help drive Wiz’s next growth phase. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement, you’ll lead the development and delivery of sales training materials and activities for the global Revenue team. You will work directly with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and other teams to identify highest area of need, create curriculum and content, and drive role-based learning paths for all our internal Revenue teams. There is a high level of growth opportunity for this role as the Enablement team scales to support the fast-growing Revenue organization.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to create engaging and effective learning content and resources.
- Training & Coaching: Develop and deliver training programs on product knowledge, sales techniques/skills, sales processes/tools. This also includes training for sales leaders including coaching, sales discipline, and leadership training.
- Performance Analysis: Constant needs assessment and evaluation of effectiveness of learning programs, making adjustments to meet the need of a fast-growing sales force.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership to align trainingswith business objectives. Engage with cross-functional teams to gather content to base trainings on.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage enablement technologies to enhance learning experiences. Advocate for the adoption of new sales motions, tools and practices.
- Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback mechanism with the sales team to continuously improve learning programs. Adapt to changing market conditions and sales needs.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in sales training, sales enablement, learning and development.
- Experience with sales skills/methodologies such as value selling, MEDDICC, sales leadership, etc.
- Experience developing content for both live and elearning formats.
- A strong background in relentless prioritization and reporting of actions and outcomes.
- Developed and launched successful learning programming for sales teams.
- Strong coalition-building and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines, manage time effectively, and focus on the highest priorities.
- Technical understanding of cloud security solutions.
- Dynamic and engaging presenter with a knack for building trust and inspiring people to learn.
NICE TO HAVES
- 3+ years enterprise technology sales experience.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
- Experience measuring learning impact using a framework.
