This vacancy may be of interest to for example, technical writers, software engineers or quality assurance engineers who have a technical background who want to help create technical documentation that helps our customers implement our API first technology.
As a Technical Writer , you will be a part of the Engineering team with the responsibility for ensuring the technical documentation we provide our customers is best in class.
What part will you play?
- Maintaining and optimizing technical documentation structure and content (functionality, technical integration, API, FAQs, others).
- Documentation of new functionality / API updates.
- Establishing and maintaining processes with other departments to deliver documentation input.
- Continuous development of documentation structure.

- You have completed a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- You have experience in technical software documentation. E.g. API documentation, guides, and recipes.
- A deep understanding of how organisations implement API-based solutions and the type of information they will be seeking. Can you put yourself in our customer's shoes !.
- Excellent English writing language proficiency, other language skills are helpful but not required.
- Experience with
- Markup Language and Html.
- Documentation authoring tools such as Paligo.
- API documentation tools such as readme.io.
- Atlassian Confluence & JIRA.
- Swagger or Open API.
- Github and Github actions.
- And any other tools that would provide best in class documentation.
