About the Client:

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support Andrew Collins - CEO & Co-founder at Bungalow - a real estate investment, management, and rental platform aiming to deliver beautiful, flexible, and accessibly priced housing, helping everyone feel at home in their community and building a seamless rental experience. 

As an Executive Assistant, you will be an anchor to the CEO and will aid him through his daily tasks and routines and meet his operational and personal expectations. 

Responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive support to the founder: managing both company and personal details with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external business contacts in the Real Estate community, including investors and partners, and property owners to ensure smooth communication.
  • Extensively scheduling, monitoring, and prioritizing all day-to-day incoming communications and requests.
  • Creating and sharing daily summaries of upcoming meetings, with context from the founder's inbox.
  • Planning, coordinating, and scheduling all types of meetings.
  • Proactively anticipating and resolving scheduling conflicts, and managing all administrative details.
  • Arranging all aspects of travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation; creating detailed travel itineraries.
  • Handling scheduling and coordination of ad-hoc personal requests.
  • Collaborating on research and note-taking in certain meetings with summaries shared weekly with the founder.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably supporting high-level executives or founders.
  • Extensive experience in calendar management, travel planning, and meeting organization.
  • Strong project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and innovative.
  • Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and aligning with the founder's vision and core values.
