ABOUT THE ROLE
As we continue to expand our presence and accelerate our growth trajectory, we have created a new position for a talented and ambitious Chief of Staff. In this role you will provide high-level support to our CEO/Co-Founder across all activities and initiatives, serving as both a strategic advisor and right-hand person to our Executive Leadership team.
Ideally you will be based in the wider Miami area but we are open to candidates across the East Coast.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Attend meetings, conferences, and industry events together with or on behalf of our CEO, representing the company and fostering valuable connections with senior executives and industry leaders.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships, with a focus on driving growth and expansion in the healthcare sector.
- Prepare pitches, presentations, and follow-up materials for external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide strategic input and support for business development activities, leveraging industry insights and market trends to identify growth opportunities and drive decision-making.
- Act as a key liaison between the CEO and other members of the executive team, ensuring alignment and coordination across departments and functions.
- Bring structure and organization to the workflow, managing priorities, deadlines, and commitments effectively.
- Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness, flexibility, and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the ability to thrive under pressure and navigate ambiguity.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism, serving as a trusted advisor and confidant to the CEO / Executive Leadership team.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5-8 years' experience in a similar role within the healthcare space is essential.
- Backgrounds with a combination of investment banking and strategy consulting (with a healthcare slant) would be ideal, along with experience in a health tech start-up/scale-up.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with a keen ability to distil complex information into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to drive results and deliver impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Passion for healthcare innovation and a commitment to driving positive change in the industry.
- You bring creativity and the ambition to strive in a constructive and multicultural team.
