JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a results-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, exceptional organizational and leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the plan.
  • Implement effective project management methodologies and best practices to optimize project outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communication channels to facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the project and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Proactively assess project risks and develop contingency plans to address unforeseen circumstances or disruptions.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, expenses, and resources to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement quality control measures and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality workmanship and materials.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality assessments to identify and address any deficiencies or non-compliance issues.
  • Work closely with project teams to implement corrective actions and improvements as needed to maintain quality standards.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and professional development.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to recognize achievements and address areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction project management principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Procore).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.
