Salary: P120,000 to P160,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM- 6:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in data validation, data entry, or a similar role with a focus on accuracy and speed.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal your clients objectives and goals.

What will you do?

  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of incoming documents.
  • Document Validation: Review, validate, and process incoming documents to ensure their accuracy and completeness. This includes verifying data against established criteria and standards.
  • Data Integrity Maintenance: Ensure the integrity of data through accurate validation processes, identifying and correcting data discrepancies, and implementing quality control measures.
  • Speed and Efficiency: Process documents in timely manner without compromising on accuracy. Ability to handle high volumes of data with precision.
  • Compliance and Standards Adherence: Ensure all validated documents comply with internal policies and standards.
  • Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with other departments to communicate any issues found during the validation process and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
