What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 3-5 years of proven work experience as an I.T. Recruiter
  • Expert in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT/Tech roles
  • Must have the acumen to determine the compatibility of a potential candidate to a position that needs to be filled
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills American English
  • Must be organized and proactive.
  • Knowledgeable in ATS

 

What will you do?

  • Understanding the ongoing hiring needs of their business and establishing the right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles.
  • Conducting initial candidate interviews and assessments to determine suitability for specific positions.
  • Managing applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate candidate data
  • Executes targeted search / marketing/ communication strategies to build both active and passive candidate pipeline.
  • Highly in sync with industry trends and market indices
  • Comply with daily performance metrics in managing incoming sourcing activity.
