Customer Service Executive 


Uniqstop Private Limited is looking for a Customer Service Executive who'll be responsible for handling and tracking customer queries. He or she must keep records of the interactions and take the extra mile to engage customers.


Qualification and Experience :


Experience: 2 years (Freshers can also apply)

Education: MBA/BBA


Salary - 15-25k (based on experience)


Skills:

  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

  • Good in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • A commitment to excellent customer service.

  • Maintaining client records.

  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

  • Planning and organizing daily work schedules

  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients 

  • Facilitating efficient and accurate processing of orders
