Summary: The EDI Data Manager assists other members of the EDI Data Team in interpreting client requirements and onboard either new clients to the bswift platform or maintain existing ones. They are responsible for maintaining the EDI Data Team’s best practices while using the Import 2.0 and Microsoft SQL Management Server tools.
What you’ll do:
• Work with the other EDI Data Managers and EDI Data Project Managers testing client import files to ensure proper functionality and quality
• Report and help solve any import file quality issues with the other EDI Data Managers and EDI Project Managers
• Work with clients to setup any requested import reporting
• Execute the EDI Data Projects Managers’ test/production conversion plans
• Import data into the bswift system via MMSMS and our import 2.0 tool and report to the Client Service and Implementation teams any data issues found during the test/production conversions
• Execute data queries and report findings to the appropriate party
• Query databases when requested and report findings
• Work with the other EDI Data Managers and EDI Data Project Managers through any ongoing file issues until signoff has been received from the Implementation team
• Assisting with ad hoc client projects as needed and assigned
• Assist with product related enhancements
• Assist with sFTP account creation and account issues
• Work with other technical teams like Product Management, System Engineers, and the DBAs
Required Experience:
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL is a plus
• Well written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel; ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions
• Must possess a drive for success and growth within a professional career
• Ability to take initiative to meet challenges with resourcefulness and new innovative approaches while maintaining a high level of quality
• High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, dependability, organization, and accuracy/thoroughness
• Ability to operate and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced atmosphere
• Strong customer service orientation
• Must possess a passion for teamwork, client service and reaching business results through problem solving
Preferred Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience working with Excel and SQL server
• An understanding of the basic concepts of a select query
• Able to analyze big data sets and spot trends
• Well written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel; ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions
• Ability to take initiative to meet challenges with resourcefulness and new innovative approaches while maintaining a high level of quality

Education:
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent relevant work experience.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $60,000-$75,000 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.
