The work can be managed fully remotely – with time-to-time office presence – from any location in Hungary.



Job Description

Overall Purpose of Job: Support project leader of the Comp.&Ben. Global project in collecting and analyzing internal data to implement an international position grading system. This includes levelling positions, defining guidelines and standard and local processes, proceeding to remuneration and benefits market benchmarks, and definite the global Comp&Ben strategy for the KOSTAL Group.

Main tasks, roles, and responsibilities:

  • Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals
  • Contributing to the planning and development of the project
  • Supporting the coordination and management of the project
  • Researching information as required
  • Performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
  • Keeping track of and reporting on project progress

Completing any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner



Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human resources-related field/ Finance/Business management

Work experiences – time/seniority/ sector:

  • Experience in the field of compensation and benefits is an advantage
  • Experience in assisting project management
  • Experience with workflows and reports
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Have the eligibility to work in Hungary

 

Technical/ IT knowledge:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software

 

Language – with level

  • Good communication and English skills
