Our team members are game changers. For your role on the team, you will:
- Oversee the sourcing and placement of candidates whose values are in line with the organization's overall goals and needs
- Collaborate with sales team ensuring both recruitment and sales teams are working seamlessly toward placement of clinicians at client sites
- Responsible for leading a team of recruiters, tasked with the sourcing, and recruiting processes necessary to fill open or anticipated positions
- Provide ongoing leadership, coaching and direction to team
- Meet regularly with leaders to maintain relationships and understand overall talent needs
- Use and leverage data to inform business decisions
- Design and share scorecards to keep leaders apprised of status and progress of talent initiatives to measure progress, identify opportunities, etc.
- Create and promote sourcing strategies and lead innovative talent acquisition projects that will facilitate the continuous improvement of internal talent attraction and talent movement processes across the enterprise
- Develop and enhance SnapCare's recruiting program, policies, and procedures

What you bring to the team:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years as a Director of Recruiting
- 5+ years Healthcare recruitment experience
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead a diverse, remote workforce
