Job details
At Enode, our mission is to accelerate the transition to a sustainable energy system by connecting and optimizing the world’s energy devices. A fully renewable energy system is dependent on flexible demand that can adapt to the intermittent supply from wind and solar. To create this flexibility, we need to connect to and control the fast-growing demand coming from electric vehicles, heat pumps and other energy hardware. This is what we’re doing at Enode. Our APIs power the next generation of green energy apps, with our customers representing over 250 million consumers worldwide. Yet, we’re still at the start of our journey, and we want exceptional people to join us.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a critical role in building our team at Enode. You’ll have the opportunity to shape, together with the team, our recruitment processes, best practices, and culture. You will join a highly talented and motivated team and have a broad impact across the company and stakeholders. You’ll

Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers by developing and driving sourcing strategies to recruit top-quality diverse talent
Optimize and coordinate operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent, scalable, and amazing recruitment experience to all stakeholders
Manage overall data integrity within our ATS & leverage data to drive decisions
Help manage and execute the onboarding of our new teammates.
We are looking for someone with:
2+ years of experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for tech companies, across different departments and functional areas
A deep focus on culture, and motivation and ability to find, identify, and hire high-quality diverse teammates with an amazing combination of technical and soft skills
The ability to provide a best-in-class experience to our candidates and hiring managers, and communicate effectively with them throughout the recruitment process
Prioritization skills to swiftly navigate through competing demands and take appropriate action
Interest in going outside of their scope and wearing different hats depending on the priorities at hand
Attention to detail and methodicalness, who takes a lot of care and pride in their work
A strong interest in climate tech and motivation towards our mission
A stimulating, fun, and caring work environment with high drive and ambition
Opportunity to join an early-stage climate tech startup with global aspirations
Competitive compensation, including a very attractive employee option program
Unlimited PTO & flexible working schedule
A remote-first setup. We also have an office in Oslo if you want to work from there
Stipend for setting up your home office & co-working space
Regular offsites with the team in various exciting locations (we went to Costa Brava 🇪🇸 on the last one).

Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of colour are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
