In this role you will:
- Manage documentation related to employee records, contracts, and other HR-related materials;
- Coordinate the signing of employment contracts and other necessary documents;
- Handle various tasks related to HR processes and procedures;
- Check required background information for employment purposes;
- Facilitate the signing process for all HR-related documentation;
- Initiate and approve the salary processes in accordance with the company policies;
- Communicate terms of employment and assist with visa applications when necessary;
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide relevant information to employees;
- Record and manage additional payments, bonuses, and incentives for employees;
- Track and manage inquiries and requests from employees regarding HR-related matters;
- Assist in organizing and coordination of corporate activities and events;
- Manage payments and financial transactions related to HR processes.
In this role you’ll need:
- Proven experience in HR coordination or a similar role (2-3 years of experience);
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively;
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and processes;
- Knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and best practices;
- Proficiency in using HR software (HRIS system, Payroll systems, Google sheets and etc);
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements;
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is preferred;
- English B2+.
