The strategist is an expert problem solver, analytical thinker, and communicator who leads execution teams to successful outcomes.
This is a role that will interact extensively with clients and internal teams and therefore requires a high degree of professionalism, skillful communication, and calm.

- This includes communication, problem solving, and documentation with all parts of a team: UX design, development, and project management.
- Think critically to identify roadblocks, missing elements, and threats to project success. Work with the execution team to plan for these issues and find solutions.
3. Internal to Bear Group

- Understand the systems & technology we use with clients, as well as the opportunities and limitations it offers.
General Qualifications
1. Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
2. Future-focused strategic thinking to see beyond the current moment and problem.
3. Able to identify and work towards solutions for complex problems, even when there are gaps in knowledge. You must identify when you have gaps in knowledge, and collaborate with other team members to solve problems that are outside of your skill set.
4. Quantitative and Qualitative user/customer research skills, and the ability to use research-informed insights to guide client projects.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
1. Must be able to communicate clearly, frankly, and in-depth with both clients and internal team members.
2. Must be able to continue questioning until you reach the true reason/motivation behind a given requirement.
3. Must be able to provide direction, guidance, and constructive feedback to team members
6. Leadership skills. At times, both internal team members and clients will look to you for answers. You will not have all the answers, but you need to be able to calmly guide the situation to a solution.
