- Experience: Significant coordination experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the European market is essential.
Desirable Attributes:
- Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
- Candidate sourcing experience.
